“We have successfully run our 4 large and complex Undergraduate Open Days, 40+ versions of Offer Holder Open Days, all our Campus Tours and other on and off campus recruitment events using the Azorus Events module for the last several years. The system is robust and handles a huge volume of bookings with no issues and the functionality allows us to handle a vast array of variations of sessions, locations, timings, booking methods etc. and this is improving all the time. The Forms functionality which works seamlessly alongside the Events module, and in isolation for Prospectus Orders, requests for information and other ad-hoc information gathering, is much more powerful that any HTML forms I’ve ever used. The use of triggers, restrictions, hidden inputs and other clever tools have always enabled me to say ‘yes…I’m sure we can do that’ to colleagues despite their very intricate requirements. We’ve recently, with ‘beyond the call of duty’ support from Azorus, embedded booking forms into our current CMS and enabled prospective students to click on links in emails and automatically be logged into a form no matter where it exists within a Warwick webpage. I’ve even had in-depth CSS training from Azorus which has given me skills I didn’t have 3 months ago…not sure you’d get this from another CRM provider.
