The University of Amsterdam focuses on further improving study success rates and looks to Azorus CRM to assist.

Halifax, NS, Canada; Amsterdam, NL — Azorus Inc. is proud to announce that the University of Amsterdam (UvA) has chosen the company for its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform designed exclusively for the higher education market.
The University of Amsterdam is a modern university with a rich history and among the top ranked universities in the world. With over 30,000 students and seven faculties, spanning the humanities, social and behavioural sciences, economics and business, law, natural sciences, medicine and dentistry, it is one of the largest comprehensive universities in Europe. The UvA has risen in prominence as a research university, gaining an excellent reputation in both fundamental and socially relevant research. Combined with its thriving doctoral programmes, its long tradition of open-mindedness and engagement with social issues, as well as the number of courses offered in English, the university continues to attract a diverse and international student body.
To help the university communicate with its fast-growing and diverse student population, Carolyn Wever, Director Alumni Relations and University Fund, Interim Director Communications, initiated a search for a CRM provider. “We knew that a CRM solution would be required to help us achieve our ambitious student recruitment objectives”, she says. “Using the Azorus CRM platform, we will be able to provide timely, relevant and personalised information in both Dutch and English to our future students.”
The university was also seeking a solution with high levels of self-service functionality because speed is of the essence with an international student audience.
